Who are we?

Our mission is to promote policies that prevent and reduce harm from substance use through the engagement of prevention, treatment and enforcement strategies.

ASAP is a group of community leaders, counselors, law enforcement, mental health professionals, school staff and many more that meets monthly to discuss prevention, treatment, recovery and enforcement in Franklin County. We are here to address the problems in Franklin County and help solve them. With a focus on providing information and access to resources, decision makers, treatment, etc, we work together to better our community.
